FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q:  How much does it cost for delivery / packing / postage / shipping?
A:  Nothing extra.  It's included in the prices shown above depending on where you are - either UK (first class postage) or Worldwide (airmail). 

Q:  I want to collect my painting myself, does this affect the price?
A:  Yes - check the painting gallery - but if the price is stated as delivery inclusive, we are happy to reduce the price to take out the postage cost. You may still want the packaging to protect the item.

Q:  How long will my order take to arrive?
A:  If you have paid for a download, it will be available to you straight away. If you have ordered a CD, these are dispatched the next working day after payment. Depending on the Post Office, the CD should usually arrive after 1 or 2 working days for UK deliveries and around 4 to 7 working days internationally.
If you end up waiting longer, send us an email.

Q:  How secure is the ordering process?
A:  Credit card transactions are handled on the PayPal secure server, so we don't see your card details.  All your orders and personal details will be mangled up and transmitted securely, so it's virtually impossible for anybody else to get their hands on them.  And we don't pass on any personal details to anyone else.

Q:  What's your returns policy?
A:  If something arrives damaged or doesn't work properly, do please contact us, either by phone or email, contact details below.  Sometimes a problem can be quickly resolved this way.  If this hasn't worked, just post it back and we'll hustle another one out to you straight away, or refund your payment, whichever you prefer.

Q:  What about if I just don't like the item?
A:  We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  If you are disappointed with it, just post it back to us.  As long as it is returned in perfect original condition (please be especially careful returning the paintings) we will refund your payment less postage and packing costs.  Do ring us or email us, as the feedback is much appreciated - good or bad.
